Genesis Baroque + Sara Macliver: Scarlatti, Bach, Leo & Handel

Acclaimed Australian soprano, Sara Macliver, joins Genesis Baroque for a program steeped in devotion, grace, and the sorrow of parting. From Bach’s lesser-known cantata ‘Non sa che sia dolore’ (‘He does not know what sorrow is’) to Handel’s spine-tingling aria ‘Tu del ciel ministro eletto’ (‘You, the chosen minister of Heaven’), this program epitomises the majesty and humanity of the Baroque repertoire.

This concert will be held in the North Magdalen Laundry, Abbotsford Convent.
